This 1 qt Syphon bottle can only be used w/CO2
(N2O "WILL NOT" work in this Dispenser)

These machines are compatible with all of the CO2 cartridges , and should provide years of reliable service.
Quality valve mechanism makes this a reliable unit, many of our customers have had these in service for years.
Approximate Dimensions are 4" x 13".

One cartridge of CO2 will provide enough charge to provide strong effervescence for 1 quart of water. Not to be confused with the N2O used to make whip cream.
Please remember that best results are achieved when cold water is used and the siphon bottle is agitated (shaken) after being charged and allowed to "absorb" the CO2 for about 1 hour before using.

Sparkling Water (Soda)

Put water into MOSA soda siphon. (2/3 bottle)
Infiltrates the CO2 charger, after sways evenly squeezes out the soda into the glass and mix it.(After infiltrates CO2, the effect is better if you put the siphon into the refrigerator for 2 hours then splits out the soda water.

Tequila Cocktail

Ingredients		Methods
	-1oz Vodka -1/3oz Lemon juice -1/2oz Tequila -1/2oz Syrup -Ice cube -Soda water

Vodka Lime

Ingredients	Methods
-1&1/2 oz Vodka - 3/4 oz Lime juice -Soda water -Ice tube	Put all ingredients (except water) in a glass. Put water into MOSA soda siphon. Infiltrates the CO2 charger, after sways evenly squeezes out the soda into the glass and mix it.

Brandy Cocktail

Ingredients	Methods
-1 oz Brandy -1 oz Vanilla Dessert wine -2 oz Orange juice -Ice cube -Soda water	Put all ingredients (except water) in a glass. Put water into MOSA soda siphon. Infiltrates the CO2 charger,after sways evenly squeezes out the soda into the glass and mix it.

Cool Mustard Sauce

Ingredients	Methods
-Mix 30ml soy sauce -50ml mustard (adding according to personal preference)	Mix 30ml soy sauce and 50ml mustard. Add the sauce in the cream whipper. Use 1 CO2 charger. Shake the bottle evenly, make sure the bottle downward and squeeze the sauce.

Strawberry Yoghurt Sauce

Ingredients	Methods
-200ml Sugar-free Yoghurt -12 strawberries -For 2-3 shares	Mix 200ml sugar-free yoghurt and 12 strawberries in the whipper. blender. Add the juice which has been filtered in the cream Use 1 CO2 charger. Shake the bottle evenly, make sure the bottle downward and squeeze the sauce.
